Abstract
Objective To explore the clinic effect of Yangxue Shugan in Decoction treating radiation-induced liver injury. Methods 60 patients with radiation-induced liver injury were randomly divided into the treated group Decoction and the control group. The treated group were treated with Yangxue Shugan Decoction and ursodeoxycholic acid capsule, while the control group being treated with ursodeoxycholic acid capsule only. The clinical effects were observed and the levels of ALT、AST、TBIL and AFP in plasma were detected. Results Comparing with the control group, the clinical symptoms and liver function, and the levels of AFP in the treated group were all significantly improved(P0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Shugan Decoction has good effect in treating radiation-induced liver injury.
