Of 10263 new smear positive cases, 74.15% is at the age of 15~54. The average cure rate of inniativesmear positive patients is 89.35% and that of the retreatment smear positive patients is 89.35%. New and retreatment cases as well as mortality declined year by year. Conclusion There is an obvious change in case finding, treatment and management before and after the project.
