Abstract
Objective:To observe the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of acute cerebral infarction and the clinical effect of hemorheology, blood lipid changes.Methods:300 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 2 group and control group treated with conventional Western medicine, the treatment group in the conventional treatment plus Chinese herb decoction, and with acupuncture treatment.Observed after the end of treatment the clinical efficacy of two groups,as well as before and after treatment hemorheology, blood lipid changes. Results:The total effective rate 92.7% in the control group, the total efficiency of 71.3% difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05),the treatment group than the control group;2 group after treatment, plasma viscosity, hemorheology, hematocrit, and serum lipids total cholesterol, triglycerides were lower compared with those before treatment were statistically significant (P0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Treatment of cerebral infarction significantly, and can reduce blood rheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction and blood lipid indicators, worthy to be popularized.
