The Reflection on the Quality of the College Student Cadres

The construction of the current college student cadre team is facing many new problems and challenges.Strengthening the construction and management of the college student cadres is an important step in the college student work,and it plays an important role in maintaining social ability,completing the young student's ideological education work,strengthening the cohesive force and the work efficiency of all levels of communist Youth League organizations.Beginning with political theory education and team spirit fostering and so on,this article proposes several opinions for education of college student cadres in new situation.
