An Analysis on the Constructing of College Students Cadres Team

The team of student cadres is a special troop of students in colleges,they are playing important roles,exerting important effects and bringing in important impacts during the processes of moral and political education,education management and the self-education,self-management and self-service of students.Building up a high quality team of student cadres is a long-period and basic project in colleges.As the socialism market economy system is setting up and the higher education reform is deepening,the environment of educational management is coming through profound changes,as a result,to strengthen the constructing of this team is becoming especially important.Based on analyzing the current situation of college student cadres and existing problems,the basic qualities required for the college student cadres are defined,some measures are put forward to strengthen the building of student cadres team.
