Abstract
Study was made on the separation of lead and zinc in a complex lead-zinc ore.The chemical composition and lead-zinc phases of the ore were analyzed and the kinds of lead,zinc and their size disseminating characters were indentified.A preferential flotation flowsheetwas adop ted,As a result,a lead sulfide concentrate with 51.00% lead grade,72.48% recovery and 2.77% zinc content,a lead oxide concentrate with 41.65% lead grade,18.79% recovery and 7.31% zinc content;a zinc sulfide concentrate with 51.00% lead grade,86.18% recovery and 1.12% lead content,a zinc oxide concentrate with 6.82% lead grade,8.76% recovery and 0.49% lead content.Thus,the complex lead-zinc ore is effectively realized.
