Abstract
A certain multi-metallic lead-zinc oxide ore contains lead 1.09%,zinc 8.39%.The oxide rate of lead and zinc is 96.34% and 98.15% respectively. In order to comprehensively recover the valuable minerals in the oxide ore,a study on detailed mineral processing technology was undertaken adopting a flow-sheet consisting of lead-zinc mixed flotation-gravity separation processing. In the experiments,a Pb-Zn concentrate mixture with Pb and Zn grade of 10.71% and 37.91% respectively and a zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 22.51% were respectively achieved. The overall recovery of lead was 91.27%,and the overall recovery of zinc was 93.77%.
