Abstract
Objective:To establish a Flow Injection analysis (FIA) method for the determination of iron in the Hongtao K Sheng Xue Ji.Methods:A Flow Injection analysis (FIA) method was used. λ is 475nm, NH 4 SCN is used as a colored. Results:The calibration curve is linear (r=0.9999) within the range of 13.4-40.2μg/ml for iron, The average recovery is 99.35%, RSD=0.72%, The metal ions Zn 2+ , Mg 2+ , Al 3+ , Ca 2+ and Cu 2+ don't interfere in analysis. Conclusion:This method is simple, accurated and steady and can be used for the quality control of preparation.
