Clinical studies of the individual operation in the upper eyelid skin laxity

Objective Explore an effective way and clinical effect for a personalized surgical correction of upper eyelid skin laxity.Methods In accordance with the characteristics of personalized and the degree of loose skin,use double eyelid incision,incision in the below eyebrow and upper eyebrow to find the best method of treatment of upper eyelid skin laxity.Results 60 patients had natural shape in one week and no complications,such as infections and blurred vision.Within 3 months to 2 years visiting,relaxations of the upper eyelid skin were significantly improved.No obvious scar,the wrinkles basically disappear and satisfactory appearance of eyelid.Conclusion Upper eyelid skin laxity should choose different surgical approaches based on the characteristics of personalized,degree of loose skin and eyebrow's shape in order to achieve the best clinical effects.
