Experience with plastic operation for middleaged and aged upper eyelid laxity with incision in different position.

Objective To propose some cosmetic surgery treatment principles on the clinical experiences to correct the middleayed and aged upper eyelid laxity in past five years. Methods To correct the middleaged and aged upper eyelid laxity and temporal winles from 40~81 years,through upper eyelid,supraeyebrow and infraeyebrow incision. Results In a total 791 cases,402 cases were followed up,the outcome satisfied. Conclusion The cosmetic effect turns out to be ideal if we choose proper ways of operation to correct upper eyelid laxity and temporal winkles.
