Abstract
Single crystals of niobium-doped KTiOPO4(Nb∶ KTP) have been grown on Z-oriented seeds with a small addition of Nb2O5 using the hydrothermal technique out of a two zone furnace.Transparent crystals measuring up to 24.7 mm×14.7 mm×42.6 mm were obtained. The habit of the hydrothermal Nb∶ KTP was investigated.Macro-and micro-defects in Nb∶ KTP were also studied.Optical transmission spectra of Nb∶ KTP and pure KTP were measured for evaluating the quality of the Nb∶ KTP crystal.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
