Abstract
In this paper,the growth habit of Nb:KTP crystal and the influence factors such as the seed orientation,the mineralizer composition and the filling factor on Nb:KTP crystals grown by the hydrothermal method were studied.Based on the above-mentioned studies,the colorless and transparent Nb:KTP crystal with the size of 28.2×24.2×9.8mm3 was successfully grown by the hydrothermal method.
