Abstract
Objective To research of the clinical effect of TCM to treat moderate and primary essential hypertension.Methods At 2008-2009 admitted to Zhujiang Brewery Co.,LTD.health service 106 patients were randomly divided into two groups.treatment of traditional Chinese medicine group 53 cases,Western medicine group 53 patients,Treatment group was treat with TCM,western medicine group were metoprolol 25~50mg,every day two given orally,three weeks into a course of treatment.Antihypertensive effects were observed in patients with clinical symptoms and results.Results Antihypertensive effect of the two groups were compared,the treatment group compared with the control group,no significant difference(P0.05);two groups Comparison of symptom improvement,symptom improvement in treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion TCM treatment of hypertension in the blood pressure and relieve symptoms,improve quality of life.
