Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with TCM Foot Bath on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective: To observe the acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on diabetic peripheral neuropathy curative effect and the influence of nerve conduction velocity. Methods: 70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of the 35 patients,all given diabetes foundation treatment and insurable 500 μg every day 1 muscle note,the treatment group to another acupoint application and Chinese medicine foot bath,4 weeks to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity changes. Results: Treatment group total effectiveness 93. 3%,the comparison group total effective rate 77. 1%,two groups of comparisons P 0. 05,there was statistical significance. Conclusion: Acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath can obviously improve diabetes peripheral neuropathy patients' clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity.
