Abstract
The blood physiological and biochemical indices were monitored for the Vibrio alginilyticus disease of Lateolabrax japonicus. The results showed that the number of red blood cells and white blood cells, and contents of hemoglobin,triglycerides,Na~+,Cl~- decreased, but the contents of ESR,EOB,K~+,P~(3+) and enzymes of AKP,GPT, AST, LDH increased for the diseased fish than those of healthy ones. These results indicated that the Vibrio alginolyticus was strongly opathogenetic and it could cause Lateolabrax japonicus to pathological changes.
