Reform and Practice of University Laboratory Management Work

This paper analyzed the complication of the management mode existed in our country's universities by the 3 grades of school-college-system.The examples were explained for the reform and practice in such areas of subject construction,innovation to experimental courses and the basic management system.The paper put forward the development thoughts such as establishing the 2 grades of management system in the institute and laboratory,overcoming the shackles of the specialized subject framework,combining experiment teaching with scientific research,innovatirg laboratory management system and introducing laboratory leaders.It was clarified that the laboratory management work in colleges is a stereo and omnibearing system engineering.Only the advantages of the school departments are integrated and the science development view is applied in the university could it meet the needs of modernization of Chinese education development in such areas of the laboratory management system,the operational mechanism,the experimental teaching system and the construction of talents team.
