Abstract
Modern service industry,relative to traditional services industries,has grown with the development of the society and economy and that of science and technology.In fact,economic globalization has boosted it into a sunshine industry.The developing strategies and market prospects of China's modern services industry were studied in terms of the innovative business model,the construction of modern circulation system,the driving effect of the concept of scientific development,etc.
