Abstract
With economic globalization and technology rapid development,the modern service industry that with high growth,high value-added and high-tech features has become the main strategy between a national or regional competition and cooperation.At the same time,the development level of modern service industry has already been one of the most important measurements of comprehensive competitiveness and modernization degree for a region.Through a comparative analysis of modern service industry in part of the central of sub-provincial cities,as well as the further analysis of the advantages and difficulties in Luohu District,the article provide countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development of modern service industry.
