Abstract

The influence of different irrigation times on the growth and yield of spring wheat under drip irrigation was studied in northern Xinjiang in 2012.The results showed that several times irrigation was conducive to the growth of plant height, the increase of leaf area index and the theoretical yield of wheat;the influence of irrigation times on the growth of spring wheat under mediumscale irrigation quota was the most obvious.Under the same irrigation quota condition, the increase of irrigation times was conducive to the wheat yield. The increase rate was relatively high for the medium-scale irrigation quota, while the impact on the production of treatments under small and large scale irrigation quota was relatively small.
