Graduate employment becomes the focus of attention in the society,the country,all levels of governments and schools attach great importance to graduate employment,meanwhile the evaluation mechanism is established,in which the employment rate is the main assessment index and the enrolment plan and the concerned funds depend on the evaluation results.The mechanism plays an important role in solving graduates employment and attracting the attention of the society,government,schools,parents and graduates to employment.However,the assessment of the employment rate cannot fully reflect the university's employment status and education quality.As a result,establishment of employment quality evaluation mechanism is imperative.
