On establishment of incentive mechanism in architectural enterprises of China

According to the problems in the incentive mechanism in architectural enterprises in our country,the paper points out the state-owned enterprises should establish the multi-angle and multi-level incentive system which is fit for the characteristics of enterprises with era characteristics and workers' needs from some aspects,such as the compensation incentive,purposes,the value incentive and human encourage,the enterprise culture and the negative incentive mechanism,so as to keep the lasting stability and development of enterprises in fierce competition.
