Study on Incentives in Construction Enterprises

Nowadays,the construction enterprises in China are faced with the incentive problems of recruiting,retaining and motivating talents.In this paper,we dissertate the incentive theory systematically from the perspectives of incentive function and incentive mechanism,and discuss the practice of construction enterprises.Then,we summarize the problem of choosing incentive mechanism of construction enterprises.Lastly,we investigate the existing incentive problems of enterprise.The study can help us know the incentive theory systematically and guide the incentive practice of construction enterprises.
