Criminal post-trial procedure means a series of procedure's floorboard after the effect of criminal judgment except trial supervision procedure,including criminal activity execution routine,victim's protective procedure and the procedure to erase previous conviction of debetor.Besides the relatively adequate research of criminal activity execution routine as the important content of criminal post-trial procedure in the circle f criminal procedural law,no one systematically specializes in the criminal post-trial procedure research.Toward the systemic theory research of criminal post-trial procedure,especially establishing and consummating the victim's compensation system,victim's national compensatory system,and legal system of erasing previous conviction of debetor,it not only helps perfect criminal procedure law,but also redounds to building a harmonious socialist society.
