Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between the characteristics of 24-hour dynamic blood pressure and renal function impairment in patients with chronic renal insufficiency. Methods Fifty patients with chronic renal insufficiency and hypertension were studied(group A),and 50 essential hypertension patients with normal renal function were selected as control group(group B).24-hour average systolic blood pressure(24h-SBP),24-hour average diastolic blood pressure(24h-DBP),24-hour average mean pressure(24h-MAP),daytime average systolic blood pressure(D-SBP) and diastolic pressure(D-DBP),nighttime average systolic blood pressure(N-SBP) and diastolic pressure(N-DBP) were measured by ABPM.Everyone received blood examination and calculated morning blood pressure surge degree. Results The blood pressures at any time points were higher in group A than group B and the differences were significantly different(P 0.05).Conclusion Blood pressure and morning blood pressure surge degree have significant influence on renal and cardiovascular function.Strict blood pressure control will be beneficial to these patients.
