Abstract

Current, we have joined WTO and taken part in the competition of the world market . It become more to accelerate the reform of State-owned Enterprises. However, the development of State - owned Enterprises couldn' t take apart with the capital market with analyzing the important role of Chinese capital market in reforming of State -owned Enterprises and some problems of Chinese capital market. This paper suggests that we must combine reform of State - owned Enterprises with constructing of capital market, so we can promote the development of state - owned Enterprises.
