Abstract
Objective:To study the clearing effects about hemoperfusion associated with hemodialysis on parathyroid(iPTH),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)in chronic hemodialysis patients.Methods:28 patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)were received hemoperfusion incobination with hemodialysis(HD+HP).Results:Plasmaβ2-MG、iPTH were measured in plasma in pre and post-treatment by means of radio immunoassay. Conclusion:Blood purification with hemoperfusion plus hemodialysis may decrease plasmaβ2-MG、iPTH level more efficiently than hemodialysis performed alone.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
