Research on Disputable Problems of Insider Trading Crime

Hang Xiao Steel Structure is a case which has significant meaning in the development history of Chinese stock legislation.The problems exposed from beginning to the end of the case have expressed legislative defects of legal regulation on insider trading;meanwhile,promote us to think further on insider trading crime on the basis of the criminal law.With review of the disputable problems of Hang Xiao Steel Structure,this thesis also analyzed the crime construction of insider trading crime and introduced some related regulation of other countries in that some important concepts and their scopes of crime and non-crime will be clarified.
