Abstract

TheInsider Crimein companies or enterprises is characterized by its speciality of the crime subject,the complexity of itscriminal means and the severity of its social damage.Measures should be taken by perfecting the categories of crime names,strengthening the protection of private property and reforming the system of qualification penalties to perfect our relevant legislation and in the long run to serve the purpose of preventing and combating the Insider Crimesin companies or enterprises.
