Abstract

Educational quality is the foundation of the existence and development of universities. It is the eternal subject to ensure and improve the educational quality especially today in the time when universities develop at an exceeding higher speed. This paper takes the practice of educational reform of Harbin University of Science ands Technology as an example, discusses the concrete teaching reform and practices of it.
