Abstract

The traditional concept of development one-sided pursues economic growth.It is a simple way of thinking.The complexity of thinking is a new paradigm of human thinking with the characteristics of totality,non-linear and so on.The scientific concept of development has the typical characteristics of complex thinking.Implementing the scientific concept of development is a systematic project.Making overall arrangement is a fundamental requirement of the concept of scientific development.Which is based on the use of complexity thinking to solve the economic,the social and the all-round development.
