Abstract

There are three weak links of supervising law enforcement in thinking and quality for public security organs at present. We must steadily promote the construction of supervising law enforcement system and fast response mechanism in the new way of thinking and with the practical spirit. At the same time, we should build the responsibility for accidents and strengthen the validity of supervising law enforcement for public security organs.
