On the Current Situation of Administrative Law Enforcement in Anhui Province

The different levels of administrative law enforcement agencies in Anhui Province have enhanced their enforcement ability in recent years by advancing the reform of law enforcement system,intensifying system construction,constructing the subject of law enforcement,executing the law team construction,strengthening law enforcement supervision,and standardizing law enforcement activities.However there still exist some problems,such as the imperfect law enforcement basis,the unreasonable designation of law enforcement subjects and the non-standard law enforcement behaviors.So it is essential to further advance the reform of law enforcement,further enhancing the awareness of standardizing law enforcement and giving play to the people's role of participation,so as to further raise the level of law enforcement and to enforce law in a legal,standard and civilized manner.
