Abstract

Objective To study the clinical application value of tumor markers CA153,CA125 test in diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of lung cancer patients in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were statistically analyzed. Results The abnormal rates of tumor marker CA153,CA125 test levels in the observation group(54%(54/100),83%(83/100)) were significantly higher than in the control group(12%(12/100),17%(17/100))(P 0.05);the sensitivity and correct diagnosis index of CA153 + CA125 were significantly higher than CA153,CA125(P 0.05);the serum CA125 level of squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than squamous cell carcinoma and small cell carcinoma(P 0.05),and the serum CA125 levels of adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than small cell carcinoma(P 0.05).Conclusion The joint test of tumor markers CA153,CA125 has higher clinical application value in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
