Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin's views on human resources can be summed up in the following points:(1)man is the most active and valuable productive force;(2)talent is the most important of human resources;(3)flexible means and mechanisms should be used in personnel exploitation;(4)strong emphasis is placed on education to improve people's overall quality;and (5)full attention is paid to young personnel training.Guided by these views,we will be able to transform our country's heavy population burden into the advantage of rich human resources and attain the objectives for building a well-off society in an all-round way.
