On theory and practice of the Party's overall economic and social development

Overall economic and social development is an important content of scientific development outlook and is inevitable requirement of all-rounded construction of well-off all-round society.The coordination of development,to some extent,is embodied in coordinative development of economy and society.Overall economic and social development is not to slow down economic growth speed of developed areas but to prevent the only pursuit of economic growth speed to sacrifice other social value development.According to this,we must theoretically understand some issues,for example,three leadership of the Party paid attention to overall development,new development situation indicates that overall development is to make plan as a whole,how do we use scientific development outlook to promote the overall development? Thus,we should pay more attention to developing social cause to promote coordinative development of society and economy.
