The Study on the Tourist Environmental Bearing Capacity and Its Adjustment and Control

The thesis advances a new tentative theory and index——Tourism Environmental Bearing Capability(TEBC),which can judge whether the tourism economy is in harmony with its environment,and whether the tourism is in sustainable development or not.It describes the definition and the nature of TEBC.It also proposes carrying on ration research to tourism environmental bearing capability with tourism environmental capacity.And the capacity of tourism environment is discussed from the view of economics.As a kind of public resource,it causes the inefficiency of resource market disposing and overload of tourism environmental capacity.In order to dispose tourism environmental capacity resource rationally,administrative departments should regulate the resource distribution.
