Abstract

At present,the development of China's high-tech industry developing zones facing the second pioneering work and some other bottlenecks which need urgent solutions.The paper analyzes the innovative capability and the competitive ability of High-tech Industry Developing Zone from the angle of industry cluster, also, some countermeasures are proposed towards the solutions of the problems.
