Probing into Working Mode of Developing Community Social Work

Developing social work is a neworientation in social work practice,different from traditional social work in terms of its idea and intervention strategy. Its involvement in the community level is a new attempt,and it will be the future development trend of social work and society. Through the discussion ofcommunity,community development and the developing social work,and combined with the content and practice of developing social work at the community level at the current stage,a working mode of developing community social work at the four levels of personal development——economic development——community development——social developmentwill be constructed,to give a deeper exploration of developing community social work and respond to the exploration of orientations in developing community social work raised by James Midgley.
