Abstract

The development of hospital performance appraisal projects is described and briefly summarized through relative literary.The analysis shows that the framework received wide consensus,and tracers are needed to implement the projects.Both feedback and improvement are crucial for the success of the projects.Compared with the experiences from other countries,deepening domestic hospital performance appraisal is urgent and it should be combined with the internal performance management of public hospitals.
