Abstract

Feudal autocracy used to exist in all countries of the world .Chinese feudal autocracy is the longest one originated from the Pre Qin Slavery and lasted till the Ming and Qing Dynasties,whose basic characteristics are the emperors' centralized dictatorship, monarchical power deification ,combination of monarchy and religious control and various privileges enjoyed by both the emperor and his officials .The harmful defects of the system result in decisions without democracy and serious social effects.
