Via illustrating cases of Chinese Science and Technology Association`s Sci-tech Periodicals,this paper, based on the information collected by authoritative domestic and foreign database, presents objectively the current situation of the academic quality construction of the Chinese Science and TechnologyAssociation`s Sci-tech periodicals. The core controlling factor as well as the ideas and countermeasures ofthe academic quality construction of Sci-tech periodicals are lucubrated in detail, which in some measure, offers considerable reference.
