Abstract

Objective To detect their expressions of IL-6 and IL-13,and the relationship with Edaravone in cerebral infarction, and investigate their clinical significance. Methods 81 cases with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups. The observation group(50 cases)was treated by routine and Edaravone treatment. The control group(31 cases)was treated by routine treatment. The expressions of IL-6 and IL-13 were detected in pre-treatment and post-treatment of Edaravone. We observed their efficacy of Edaravone. Results The expressions of IL-6 and IL-13 were obviously significant in pre-treatment and post-treatment by Edaravone. But the decrease of IL-6 and IL-13 were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The total effective rate was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion The Edaravone can inhibit the expressions of IL-6 and IL-13,and protect the cerebral cells in cerebral infarction.
