Abstract

University students' practice and innovation training project aims to cultivate students' spirit of innovation,enterprising spirit and practical ability.The practice shows that in order to ensure a sustainable innovation development,attention must be paid to an innovation team,scientific process management and a comprehensive evaluation system.Meanwhile,effective hardware conditions and long-term operation policy will ensure the innovative training project to win good results in the cultivation of innovative talents.
