Abstract
To testing the malamine content in liquid milk by high permance liquid chromatography. The milk samples were extracted with trichloroacetic acid solution, extracted liquid were purified in the hybrid cation-exchange solid-phase extraction column after centrifugation.Elution materials were soluted with methanol and were determined finally by high performance liquid chromatography.Detection limit of melamine was 0.5 mg/kg and quantitive limit was 1 mg/kg.This method was highly sensitivity, and was applicable to determine the content of melamine in the liquid milk.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
