Planning and Study of Urban Disaster-prevention Parks

With the rapid expansion of city scale and the excessive concentration of population,the sound urban disaster prevention system has become a necessary arduous task.Among the various urban disaster prevention systems,park green space can provide natural space for citizens,can improve the city ecological environment,which is important space for seeking refuge and evacuation.Fenghuangshan Park in Tangshan city is selected as a case study area, it illuminates when planner is planning the project of park,it should think over disaster-prevention thought.Further more,it also discusses disaster-prevention establishment layout,planning the road,selecting plant species,disposing the boundary and so on.When disaster takes place,the disaster-prevention parks are able to play important roles in seeking refuge and evacuation.The results of the research provide guidance and reference for the urban disaster-prevention park planning and design in China.
