Abstract

Adhere to the Principle of Real Right Legal Doctrine,we should insist on the trend of alleviation of the principle of the legal doctrine,otherwise the real right law will deviate the need of the development of the economy,will snuff out the new kind of real right and block the development of economy.So in the implementation of real right legalization principle,we should learn the useful experience from other countries concerning the weakening and mitigation of this principle.
