Abstract
Adhere to the Principle of Real Right Legal Doctrine,we should insist on the trend of relaxation of the principle of the legal doctrine,otherwise the real right law will deviate the need of the development of the market economy,will snuff out the new kind of real right and block the development of market economy.So the real right law should insist on the real right legal doctrine and the relaxation of the principle of the legal doctrine.
