On Perfecting Modern Enterprise System of Stated-own Enterprise

Abstract
This paper discusses some major problems in building modern enterprise system of SOEs. It points out that the pivot and difficulty rest with one decrease, two criterions. Then this paper goes deep into taking apart the embedded roots of these problems in existence with a series of deed level conflict, and thereby puts forward some policy advice to perfect the modern enterprise system of SOEs.
