Abstract

Solving the loss of state-owned enterprise problem brooks no delay. The loss of state-owned enterprise is the result of various factor function together. Change of enterprise operating mechanism and establish modern enterprise system is the precondition, carry out modern enterprise system is the basic way and apply macroscopic policy effectively is the necessary guarantee of state-owned enterprise lossed into gains and shedding prverty.
