A Brief Analysis of Present Situation of City Streets Construction and Possible Suggestions

As an important directly-perceived embodiment of city image and city space forms,city streets are the reflection of city culture,linking with city social life,besides the most fundamental traffic function,they also provide fine visual appreciation,open communicative space and convenient life facilities while bearing the responsibility of representing historical culture.The role of city streets,therefore,becomes more and more important.Based on brief analysis of present situation of city streets construction,the paper presents several suggestions on probing into creating city streets with the nature returning,the functions perfecting and the management humanized.
